Enterprise Holdings has bought the St. Louis County family court building, which is adjacent to its corporate headquarters, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.

The car rental firm is reportedly paying $13.1 million for the property, including $4 million for the country to demolish the building and clear the lot.

While Enterprise has reportedly wanted to buy the land for a while, the company does not have immediate plans for the land.
