LinkeDrive Inc. has released its LinkeDriveR App, which provides improved communication of organizational goals and driver performance through a mobile app.

“We are thrilled to launch the LinkeDriveR App, completing our vision of enabling a self-regulating driver," said LinkeDrive's CEO and Founder Jeff Baer. "For our drivers, it is a one-stop-shop, with easy access to intuitive, visual performance details. For our managers, it means that winning results can be driven with little to no effort in the office.”

The app’s features include LinkeDrive reporting, which gives drivers and fleet managers daily and monthly driver scoring, as well as offering 30-, 60-, and 90-day trends. Fleets can also create customized leaderboards that show such things as safety leaders, the number of customers “likes,” and each driver’s PedalCoach Score, while also reporting by fleet, region, business unit, or company.

Personalized driver coaching, infographics, and video training support, which include coaching review and engagement adherence scoring, offers drivers everything they need in one place, while managers are able to provide a full suite of onboarding and training materials to improve the driver experience.

“These days, drivers, and for that matter, society as a whole, have greater expectations on the information that's available to them in their personal lives, as well as at work. Apps showing progress against goals and performance are more and more commonplace in individuals' daily lives," said Tibor Ivanyi, vice president of engineering at LinkeDrive.
