Canada-based fleet management company Jim Pattison Lease has acquired Manchester Leasing Services, establishing its expansion into the United States.

Manchester Leasing Services is a fleet management company with a portfolio of vehicles operating across 19 states through the U.S., the FMC said. Manchester Leasing Services is based in Urbandale, Iowa, with additional offices in Chesterfield, Missouri, and Melbourne, Florida, 

This acquisition will further enhance Jim Pattison’s capabilities for providing customers a full suite of fleet management solutions in Canada and the United States, the company said.

“Jim Pattison Lease is excited to welcome Manchester Leasing Services and its customers to our group. This acquisition will further enhance our service offering throughout Canada and the US and will also support our Canadian customers’ growing needs in the United States. We are pleased that the existing team of employees will continue to look after our customers,” said Michael Rusch, president of Jim Pattison Lease.

Ben Carfrae, president of Manchester Leasing Services, will oversee the U.S. operations and customers will continue to be supported by the current Manchester Leasing Services team.

“This transaction provides Manchester with solid financial backing to continue to grow our customer base by providing best in class personal service,” said Carfrae.

Jim Pattison Lease is a wholly owned division of Jim Pattison Industries Ltd., with Candian offices in Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto, Montréal, and Dartmouth.
