Pawlisz Named Fleet Administrator for HR Green, Inc.

Mel Pawlisz was named fleet administrator at HR Green, Inc. in Aurora, Ill., where he is responsible for the day-to-day management of inventory, maintenance, assignment, and safety for the company fleet. He assumed this position in March 2021.

Previously, Pawlisz work as a fleet maintenance analyst for Merchants Fleet from October 2017 to  March 2021 based in Rosemont, Ill.

Earlier, Pawlisz worked for Paddock Publications as part-time floor supervisor responsible for all aspects of daytime operation of production area from 1994-2017.

Two other noteworthy fleet positions in Pawlisz’s career included working as a fleet specialist for Océ North America from 1999-2007 and as the fleet manager for Culligan International from 2007-2009. While at Culligan, Pawlisz managed the day-to-day operation of fleet vehicles with responsibilities for budget and order cycle replacement, a position he held from 2007 to  2009.

Pawlisz started his fleet career as a quality assurance coordinator/MAP advisor for Wheels, Inc., where he worked from 1991-1999. While at Wheels, Pawlisz was responsible for daily phone contact with fleet managers, drivers, and shops to approve proper repairs to the fleet of lease vehicles.
