Volvo Cars & ALD Extend Leasing Partnership to Ireland

Volvo Cars and ALD Automotive have extended their partnership to Ireland, with ALD providing that country full-service leasing for corporations, small- to medium-sized companies and private individuals through its proprietary dealership network.

The partnership, covering Volvo’s full range of vehicles, is a white-labelled agreement, wherein ALD services will be offered under the “Volvo Car Leasing” designation.

ALD and Volvo have similar agreements in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Portugal, Russia and Switzerland.

“With Volvo Car Leasing, we introduce a new type of car access to meet the evolving needs of our customers,” said Alan Cowley, commercial director, Volvo Car Ireland. “With a fixed monthly payment, it provides a truly customer-focused alternative to the traditional car purchase.”

ALD Automotive in Ireland, previously Merrion Fleet Management, has been present in the country for more than 20 years and is the second-largest player in the Irish market.
