The Australasian Fleet Management Association (AfMA) will host its second personal development program, a free webinar series focusing on the value of emotional intelligence (EI).

The online series offers six interactive 75-minute sessions on how EI can strengthen personal effectiveness and leadership. The program is sponsored by Isuzu Ute Australia, “allowing anyone to freely participate, learn and grow,” according to AfMA. The series is available to anyone interested.

According to organizers, the program promises to provide key insights into self-management, self-awareness, motivation and communication skills, as well as practical ways to develop these skills and apply them in personal and work environments.

Lisa Panarello, founder and CEO of Careers Advance, and Aubrey Warren, Sessional Academic, Queensland University of Technology Graduate School of Business, will conduct the webinars. Dates and topics are:

  • June 29: Manage Your Attention (Not Your Time)
  • July 14: Managing Up, Down & Across: A Balance between Being Human & Strategic
