Ryan Gittings CAFM, has been named assistant vice president, operations for St. John Properties, Inc. He assumed this position in May 2022,

Previously, he worked as director of operations for St. John Properties, where he managed the company fleet and oversaw safety and tenant quality control operations. Gittings joined St. John Properties in 2010 as the corporate fleet manager managing a diverse corporate fleet consisting of executive, sales, construction, and maintenance vehicles, where he was responsible for the negotiation of all vehicle acquisitions, vendor agreements, and vehicle remarketing.
