Fleetcor’s rearranging of senior positions at its subsidiary company continues with the appointment of Debbie Fox as managing director of r2c Online, a supplier of connected software platforms for vehicle compliance and maintenance management.

Fox, who joins from sister company epyx, takes over from Tim Meadows, who has gone in the opposite direction to epyx as chief operating officer.

Commenting, Fox said, “The transportation and logistics sector has faced many challenges over the past few years, and I’m sure there are some more to come. Fox is an experienced automotive executive having worked in the industry for 35 years covering finance, leasing, data and software sectors. Her last few years at epyx have been spent forming the firm’s strategic agenda and developing the connected vehicle initiatives epyx is now bringing to market.
