As U.S. customers await delivery of their VinFast all-electric SUVs by the end of the year, the Vietnamese auto manufacturer has opened its first four service centers in Southern California to provide electric vehicle (EV) maintenance and repair services.

The new VinFast retail and service centers in California are located in highly trafficked shopping centers in Canoga Park, Irvine, Marina del Rey and Torrance.

At the newly designed VinFast stores, customers can gather information on VinFast products, explore interior and exterior details of the VF 8 and VF 9 SUVs, as well as experience advanced technologies, according to the carmaker.

The VF8 and VF9 full-size SUV come with a 10-year warranty, mobile service, and 24/7 emergency roadside assistance during the warranty period.

Following delivery of the first group of VF8 models to the U.S. market, VinFast plans to start deliveries of the mid-sized SUV in Canada and Europe in early 2023. By the end of 2022, VinFast plans to open more than 50 stores in France, Germany and the Netherlands.

VinFast has also launched the VinFast Community in the U.S. and organized a series of test drive events in California for local customers. Other California VinFast stores locations include Canoga Park, Santa Monica, San Mateo, San Diego, Commerce, Berkeley and Corte Madera.
