• Software-defined vehicles can be updated with over-the-air downloads, accelerating the introduction of new products in the fleet market.
• In 2013, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts passed a right-to-repair law. The measure is currently in litigation following a lawsuit from Alliance for Automotive Innovation, a consortium of auto OEMs.
