To aid potential participants, the 2023 Global Fleet Conference (GFC), scheduled June 5-7 in MIami, offers an “Approval Attendance Kit,” organizers announced.
Designed to help multinational fleet managers —"who already know they will increase their operational acumen and fleet savvy” at this year’s GFC — gain budget approval from their supervisor company accounting officials, the kit recommends sharing the “bottom-line benefits” of attending the conference.
Included is a customizable approval-request template outlining the value GFC offers. With the letter, conference organizers suggest providing a proposal correlating the fleet manager’s performance needs with the conference program, highlighting the subject-matter experts who will be on hand to discuss new technologies and best practices.
Potential conference attendees are also encouraged to share content from more than 20 educational sessions listed on GFC program and commit to sharing new insights and knowledge in a post-event presentation to company colleagues.
“There’s nothing quite like the instant gratification of a demonstrated return on investment to make your supervisor thankful he/she approved your budget request,” GFC organizers point out.
Once approval obtained, the final step is “packing for the trip where a game-changing fleet experience awaits.”
The Global Fleet Conference, held concurrently with the LatAm Fleet Congress, is developed by publishers of Automotive Fleet and Work Truck.
Complete registration and program details are available on the 2023 GFC website.
