U.K. leasing provider Ogilvie Fleet has made two new appointments to its team.

Helen Asher is appointed account development manager within the company’s MiSalarySacrifice division, and Roxanne Stones joins as new business development manager within the corporate fleet division.

The company credits the new appointments to expanding business, particularly in the salary sacrifice sector, which has seen the greatest growth in the U.K., according to industry body British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA). The group’s latest industry report said salary sacrifice volumes were up 33% year-on-year.

Asher has automotive experience with Mercedes-Benz Corporate as well as her own brokerage and consultancy business.

“Salary sacrifice brings with it many benefits to both the driver and employer. The ability to enjoy a brand-new vehicle for an affordable, fixed monthly cost, while both parties save money on tax is a win-win situation, and I look forward to helping Ogilvie further build its customer base in this rapidly growing area,” Asher said on her appointment.

Stones, meanwhile, comes with more than 16 years’ experience covering both leasing and OEM.

She commented: “Customer service is a true passion of mine, and Ogilvie Fleet really embodies this as a company. Ogilvie has a real ‘can-do’ attitude, and while it is a large company with a great standing in the marketplace, its independence means it remains flexible, which ultimately benefits the customer.”

Ogilvie Fleet is the 15th-largest leasing company in the U.K. according to the Fleet News Top 50 table.
