The Renault Group is the only automaker participating in ChangeNow 2023, a three-day summit highlighting innovative solutions for the planet’s ecosystem.

The Renault Group — the only carmaker to participate — will share its circular economy strategy from eco-design to recycling, including manufacturing and use, as well as the company’s roadmap for decarbonization at the ChangeNow 2023 Summit, a three-day program highlighting innovative solutions for the planet’s ecosystem as well as leaders at the forefront of today’s social and environmental challenges

Scheduled May 25-27 at the Grand Palais Ephémère in Paris, the event will showcase 1,000 environmental products and solutions and scores of speakers "esponding to major environmental and social emergencies" covering 19 thematic areas, acccording to organizers.

Jean-Philippe Bahuaud, CEO of The Future Is NEUTRAL, a Renault company offering closed-loop recycling solutions at every stage of a vehicle’s lifecycle, is scheduled to take part in a May 26 roundtable exploring the theme, “Business transformation through environmental issues.”

The Renault Group decarbonization policy focuses on the entire vehicle lifecycle, from design, manufacture, use and recycling. to limit the impact on the climate and resources. The company has reduced its overall carbon footprint by 25% between 2010 and 2022, targeting carbon neutrality in Europe by 2040 and by 2050 globally.

The company’s a new organizational model comprises five teams mobilized on each chain of strategic value and in collaboration with many partners. Each team has its own sustainable development objectives and supports the Renault Group’s transformation to build a next-generation automotive company.
