Tozer Retires from LeasePlan USA

ALPHARETTA, GA - Helen Tozer, purchasing director for LeasePlan USA, retired in June 2003, capping a 35-year fleet industry career. Tozer has worked in the purchasing department for Lease-Plan USA for the past 10 years. Prior to this, Tozer worked for McCullagh Leas­ing, and subsequently GE Capital Fleet Services after it acquired McCullagh in 1990. According to LeasePlan, among Tozer's accomplishments at the fleet management company was trans­forming the purchasing area into a virtually "paperless" environment, re­vamping an entire order process via technology and automation, integrat­ing an ordering process into ePlan (LeasePlan's e-business fleet manage­ment tool), and creating metrics for measuring all departmental processes to ensure client service quality.
