ARI was recognized again as a top workplace in Canada by Best Place to Work, this time as one of the best workplaces in professional services.

This was the second consecutive year the fleet management company was honored for this specific award, and is the third award that ARI has received for its Canadian operations, according to the company. The annual list honors organizations throughout Canada’s professional services sector who build an exceptional workplace culture.

ARI was praised for its rich, engaging culture that emphasizes a proper work/life balance achieved through trust, flexibility, and open communication between employees and leadership, the FMC said in a release. The Institute also commended ARI for the company’s continued investment in its people through various educational and wellness initiatives along with its award-winning Partners in Excellence recognition program which engages employees and celebrates their extraordinary accomplishments.

The list of Best Workplaces in Professional Services is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Places to Work. To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified in the past year and work primarily in the professional services industry.

A Great Place to Work certified organization, ARI was recently named one of the 2019 Best Workplaces in Canada for the third consecutive year, ranking at number 18 in the 1,000-plus employees category.

ARI was also named to the 2019 List of Best Workplaces for Giving Back in Canada as well as the 2019 List of Best Workplaces for Mental Wellness in Canada. This year, over 400 organizations representing more than 300,000 employees participated in the 2019 “Best Workplaces in Canada” survey.
