Enterprise has begun furloughing employees as the travel agency takes a hit from the COVID-19 pandemic, St. Louis Business Journal reports.

The car rental agency did not disclose how many employees are currently furloughed. The move is expected to last for several weeks. While employees are furloughed they will still have access to healthcare, and will be eligible for unemployment benefits.

Enterprise has also suspended its use of third-party contractors and new hires, and reduced spending and hours for part-time staff.
