GM subsidiary BrightDrop itsrwos its North American footprint later this year with launch of its electric commercial vans Zevo 400 and Zevo 600 in Mexico.
At the 2022 Fleet Forward Conference, Bill Cawein of FedEx Express will dive into the company’s global plans to decarbonize and share learnings from the rollout of the first 150 BrightDrop electric delivery vehicles.
The first 150 BrightDrop Zevo 600s were delivered throughout Southern California to FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. and one of the world’s largest express transportation companies.

The new EV410 is a mid-size eLCV designed for smaller, more frequent trips. Verizon is its first customer.
With a goal to transition 30% of deliveries to zero emissions by 2030, the City of Seattle's partnership with BrightDrop and others will pilot a sustainable neighborhood delivery hub to test new vehicles, delivery models, and technologies for last-mile operations.
With BrightDrop, GM is creating a new business to develop the commercial electric vehicle ecosystem. This includes a new electric delivery vehicle and support for infrastructure, logistics, and service planning — as well as an entirely new sales and service network.
