NHTSA Aims to Reduce Pedestrian Crashes with AEB Mandate

The National Traffic Safety Administration has proposed a rule for all new passenger cars and light trucks that would require full collision avoidance at speeds up to 50 mph and sets pedestrian AEB performance standards in all lighting conditions at speeds up to 37 mph.
