Free2move
Mobility services provider Free2move has acquired vehicle rental network Opel Rent, previously owned by Techno Einkauf GmbH and Verband deutscher Opelhändler (VDOH) Wirtschaftsdienst GmbH.
The purchase accelerates the Free2move growth, expanding the company’s service to more than 1,000 agencies across Germany and Austria.
Recognized for bringing complete mobility hubs across Europe and the U.S.A., Free2move provides short-, medium-, or long-term vehicle rentals as well as reservation of chauffeur drivers, parking spaces, and charging stations. Services are accessed through the Free2Move app, a service particularly suited for urban environments, according to the company.
